Squablonghak is committed to providing quality curtain installation and custom textile services. Due to the custom nature of many of our products and services, certain return restrictions apply.

Custom Products and Services

Custom-made curtains, textiles, and installation services are considered final sale once work has begun or products have been manufactured to your specifications. Custom items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

Installation Services

Installation services are generally non-refundable once work has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with installation work, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss potential remedies or adjustments.

Service Cancellation

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed defective, provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. You will receive return authorization and instructions
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship items to the address provided in your return authorization

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for ready-made products in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Custom products cannot be exchanged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
